The benchmark request form sends the entered name, email address, optional practice or company name, and request type to Basin for form processing. If you contact us by email and the message is received, the correspondence may be retained so we can respond.
Information submitted through the form or received by email may be used to respond to the request and provide requested benchmark results when available. No separate mailing-list system is currently configured in this site. The site code does not transmit personal information to advertising or analytics services.
No website analytics are currently used, and the site code does not set cookies. Basin provides form processing and submission notifications. No separate automated email-delivery provider is configured in the repository. A hosting provider may process standard web-request data needed to deliver the site; the active hosting provider is not identified in this repository.
Our benchmarks use publicly available business information and documented observations of AI platforms. Public findings will focus on aggregate results, distributions, anonymized percentiles, methodology, and limitations. They will not contain personal information about patients or customers of any business analyzed.
Form-submission retention is governed by the Basin account configuration. No separate subscriber database is configured in this site. To ask about information previously submitted through the form or sent by email, contact [email protected].
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children.
